FROM POINTS SOUTH:
From New York State Thruway/Route 87: North to either Route 28N, Exit 19, or Route 23W, Exit 21.

From Route 28,
after you come down the hill into Oneonta, turn left at the third light (at Wendy’s and MacDonald’s) onto Les Foster Highway which becomes James Lettis Highway. At the Main Street light turn left. Take the next left on Grand Street (it is immediate). We are the Pink Victorian at 1 Grand Street.

From Route 23,
once in Oneonta you will pass Wal-Mart and Southside Mall. At the next light, turn right (at Wendy’s and McDonald’s) onto Les Foster Highway which becomes James Lettis Highway. At the Main Street light, turn left. Take the next left on Grand Street (it is immediate) – a Hess station will be on your right. We are the pink Victorian at 1 Grand Street.

From Route 17,
Roscoe to Oneonta: approximately 50 miles. You will leave Route 17 at Roscoe. From Roscoe to Oneonta there are many turns, but the directions to Oneonta are clearly indicated. Roscoe/Rockland to Downsville: 14.2 miles. You will be on NY Route 206 to Downsville. Downsville to Walton: 8.8 miles on NY Route 206. Coming into Walton, turn right at the first caution light and continue perhaps a quarter mile to a traffic signal. Turn left on Route 206, which is also Delaware Street and also NY Route 10. Within 40 yards or so, make a right turn onto Townsend Street. At this point you are no longer on NY Route 206. When you reach the end of Townsend Street, turn left. Walton to Franklin: 12.8 miles. You will be on Delaware County Route 21 (note blue county signs are much smaller and not as easy to see). About a mile out of Walton, the road divides: stay to the right. Franklin to Oneonta: 10.1 miles. As you leave Delaware County 21, turn right onto NY Route 357 and into the Village of Franklin. Route 357 brings you to NY Route 28. Bear left and proceed into Oneonta. By the way, if you add up the mileage numbers listed, they will not total the 50-plus miles previously noted, as we did not list the distances one travels through the various villages

FROM POINTS EAST AND WEST:
Take Interstate 88 to Exit 15. You will exit onto Lettis Highway towards downtown. At the Main Street light turn left. Take the next left on Grand Street (it is immediate) – a Hess station will be on your right. We are the pink Victorian at 1 Grand Street.

FROM POINTS WEST OF SYRACUSE:
Take 90 East to Exit 36, Interstate 81 South. Follow 81 South to the Whitney Point exit. Follow Route 206 East to Bainbridge. In Bainbridge, take Interstate 88 East to Oneonta, Exit 15. Follow directions From points East and West.

FROM UTICA AND POINTS NORTH:
Take Route 8 South to South New Berlin, take Route 23 East. Follow Route 23 into Oneonta, you will be on Chestnut Street. Follow it to Main Street. Make a left on Main Street and follow it to Grand Street. (The Hess station will be on your left.)
