 - Lifelong Oneonta Area Resident & one of the original salespeople at The Benson Agency from it's inception in the early 1970's, for 5 years.   "Brad's Back" !

·        2007 Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors Top Producer Award. 

·        28 years experience in residential and commercial construction as      principle with R.J. Morley Construction  1968-1996

·        Owner and Property manager of income properties in Oneonta for over 25 years

·        Started Butternut Graphic & Signs - providing quality service to the regions local businesses, institutions and colleges for over 12 years - 1996 - 2006 - Sold operation to concentrate on Real Estate full time. 

Public Service - enjoy giving back to the community in service

·        Former City of Oneonta 5th Ward Aldermen  

·        Oneonta Kiwanis Club, 26 year Member and former President and 11 terms as Treasurer

·        Involved with Boy Scouts of America as former Cub Master and Scout Master for Troop 91 - Continue to work on local council fundraising 

Personal -

·        Raised three wonderful children, and enjoying 6 grandchildren age 6 and under!

·        Interests - Antique refinishing, horseback riding, riding the great upstate NY countryside on my Harley, downhill skiing, most anything outdoors. Just recently filled a life long interest in theatre doing my stage debut in To Kill a Mockingbird, at Foothills Performing Arts Center – Have since done two others and enjoying it.

·        Accounting degree & continued education classes in Real Estate to better help serve my clients professionally
